Tablets & Dreams
Being left handed but having learned how to use a mouse with my right is like torture when you try and draw or trace of even sign your name with the mouse. Tonight, I spent at least an hour, trying to get my old Wacom Digital tablet working on my laptop. I didn't realize it until I called Wacom for help with converting the Serial port to my non-serial laptop, that I had had this tablet since about 1993 when I got my first computer. But I did, and amazingly enough, I was able to buy a $30 serial to USB adapter and it worked. You gotta hand it to those Wacom folks for designing a good product. So I decided to doodle a little script and play around. Funny how my hand got just as tired on the tablet as it does on paper.

I haven't used my Wacom on my new desktop yet.
