Happy Easter

My favorite memory of Easter was getting up and running downstairs to see if the Easter Bunny had visited.  And I was never disappointed; there was always my basket wrapped in pretty colored celephane filled with robins eggs, jelly beans, decorated hardboiled eggs and either a chocolate bunny or a fluffy one.  Then we would put on our usually new easter dress and all it's trimmings (new shoes, stockings, the occassional hat or purse) and hurry to the early church service.  Then in the afternoon, we would hunt eggs.  I think this photo may actually be Mother's day, since we're all wearing roses, but we would have been similarly dressed for easter.  I'm the youngest in the pict.
